ORDERS

When will my order arrive?

All products will be shipped within 5-7 days of placing your order and should arrive at your door within 10 business days. You can track your order with Royal Mail and get updates on the delivery status.

Do we include any payment information on the package?

Our fine art prints are perfect gifts for any occasion. We never send an invoice with your order, so you can surprise your loved ones.

My print arrived damaged. What should I do?

On the rare occasion that your print arrives damaged in any way, please contact us right away. Get in touch with using the contact page or email us at support@blancstudio.co.uk . We will request photos of the print and the box it came in. We need to see the box or boxes, even if they look fine.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

We only ship our fine art prints with standard shipping. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for your order to arrive.

My order is lost, what should I do?

If you haven’t received your order even though it shows as delivered, please don’t worry. We are here to help you. Get in touch with using the contact page or email us at support@blancstudio.co.uk with your order number and we will track your package and update you as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Who is the Artist Behind the Work?

As the sole artist behind every piece, I bring a deep understanding of the arts and having earned a Bachelor's degree in Photography. Through the integration of advanced AI and my artistic vision, each artwork is conceived with a blend of traditional artistry and modern technology. The result is unique and captivating collections that transforms any space, offering a distinctive visual experience that’s both sophisticated and striking.

Can I frame the artwork myself?

We want you to enjoy your artwork in the way that suits your style and preferences. That’s why we give you the option to order unframed prints that you can frame yourself or display as you wish. To order an unframed print, simply choose “no frame” when you add the artwork to your basket.

Can I make frame customisations for a small fee?

We apologise for any inconvenience, but customisations are currently unavailable.

What are your frames made from?

Each of our frames is handcrafted from wood and assembled for every artwork.

What do you recommend for hanging hardware?

Our frames are easy to hang with wall buddies included. For smaller frames, use screws on any wall type. For larger frames, use an anchor on a sturdy walls.

Are any of your prints signed and numbered?

Are your prints glossy or matte in finish?

We use Fuji Crystal Archive Professional Lustre finish for our prints, offering the vibrant colour of glossy prints combined with the subtle elegance of matte finishes. Additionally, our painting prints are crafted on fine art paper, ensuring a premium quality that enhances the beauty of your artwork.

Do you use glass or acrylic for your framed art?

All prints are equipped with premium quality, UV-protective glazing made from high-grade crystal acrylic. This material is shatter-resistant, providing extra safety during shipment and in your home, reducing the risk of accidents for small children and bare feet. Visually, high-grade crystal acrylic is indistinguishable from regular glass. Our goal is for your art to remain with you for decades, so each product is custom-made and designed to last.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

What is your return policy?

We create, mount, and frame each piece uniquely for you. Because we don't hold inventory returns unfortunately are not accepted.

Can I Request an Artwork Exchange for a Larger Size?

We create each piece exclusively for you, so we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. Please be sure of your order before you buy.

Can I Change or Cancel My Order After Placing It?

Please cancel or modify your order within 2 hours of buying. We start printing and framing your custom piece right away, so we can’t change it later.
