Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We start printing and framing your piece quickly, so changes are not always possible once production has begun. If you need to make a change or cancel, email support@blancstudio.co.uk within 2 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to help.
Can I request an exchange for a different size?
Because each print or frame is made to order in your chosen size and finish, we cannot exchange for a different size once production has started. If you need another size, please place a new order.
Unframed prints can be returned within 14 days (return postage not covered) so you can reorder the size you prefer.
Delivery & Shipping
When will my order arrive?
- UK: Prints usually arrive within 3 to 5 working days. Framed prints take 5 to 7 working days. We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 to 7 days of purchase.
- EU: Delivery typically takes 5 to 10 working days after dispatch, depending on your location.
- International (outside the EU): Delivery typically takes 7 to 14 working days after dispatch, depending on your location and customs clearance.
You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
How much is delivery?
UK delivery is charged at the following flat rates:
- £3.95
- £8.95
International shipping is available to selected countries. Rates depend on the product type and size, starting from £15 for unframed prints. The easiest way to check is to add your item to the cart and enter your delivery address.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We deliver to the EU and selected countries worldwide. Shipping costs depend on the size and type of artwork. Full rates are shown at checkout after you enter your address.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Unframed prints: Can be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original or equivalent packaging. Return postage costs are not covered by Blanc Studio.
Framed prints: Made to order to your chosen size, frame, and mount, so they cannot be returned for change of mind. This does not affect your statutory rights if they arrive damaged or faulty.
My print arrived damaged, what should I do?
Email support@blancstudio.co.uk as soon as possible and no later than 14 days of delivery. Include clear photos of:
- The outer packaging
- The inner packaging
- The damaged item
We need all three, even if the packaging looks fine, to process your claim quickly. Once verified, we will send a replacement or refund.
My order is lost, what should I do?
If your order shows as delivered but has not arrived, contact support@blancstudio.co.uk with your order number. We will track your package and update you as soon as possible.
Product & Quality
What sizes and frames do you offer?
We offer A3, A2, and A1 sizes, available unframed or in black, white, or natural wood frames. Some prints are available with or without a mount. You can choose your size and frame finish on each product page.
How are your prints made?
All prints are produced in the UK using museum-grade Giclée printing on Fuji Crystal Archive Professional Lustre paper. We use archival pigment inks for rich colour that stays vibrant for decades. Frames are hand-built from solid wood by skilled framers.
How is my artwork packaged?
Prints are wrapped in acid-free tissue and packed in sturdy tubes or flat packaging to protect them in transit. Framed prints are cushioned with corner protectors, wrapped in protective film, and boxed securely to prevent damage. Our damage rate is extremely low thanks to this process.
Are prints signed and numbered?
Yes. All limited edition prints are signed and numbered to prove their rarity.
How do I hang my print or frame?
Framed prints arrive ready to hang with secure fittings already attached. Unframed prints can be framed locally or mounted using your preferred method. Handle prints carefully to avoid damage during framing.
How should I care for my print or frame?
Keep your artwork out of direct sunlight to prevent fading. Always handle prints with clean, dry hands or cotton gloves, as fingerprints can leave permanent marks on photo paper. Dust frames with a soft, dry cloth and avoid using chemical cleaners on glass or acrylic glazing.
Gifting
Do you include payment information in the package?
No. We never include invoices or receipts in the box, so your order can be sent directly as a gift without spoiling the surprise.
