2. Unframed Prints

  • You may return unframed prints within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

  • Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

  • Return postage is at your cost. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.

3. Framed Prints

  • Each framed print is made to order in your chosen size, frame finish, and mount.

  • These are exempt from change-of-mind returns under UK consumer law.

  • If a framed print arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

4. Faulty or Damaged Items

  • Email support@blancstudio.co.uk within 14 days with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos.

  • We’ll arrange collection or provide a return address for inspection.

  • Once confirmed, we’ll issue a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving your return.

  • Shipping charges paid on your original order are non-refundable unless the item was faulty.
