1. Overview
This website is operated by Blanc Studio. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Blanc Studio. By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Products & Availability
We make every effort to display the colours and images of our products accurately. Colours may vary slightly due to differences in screens or devices. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or change specifications without notice.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

  • We accept payment via Shopify Payments, PayPal, and other methods shown at checkout.

  • Payment must be authorised before we dispatch your order.

4. Delivery

  • UK delivery is charged at the following flat rates unless otherwise stated in a promotion:

    • Unframed prints: £3.95

    • Framed prints: £8.95

    Dispatch times:

    • Unframed prints: 3–5 working days

    • Framed prints: 5–7 working days

    We use trusted couriers such as Royal Mail and DPD, with protective packaging and full tracking. Tracking details are provided when available.

    Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control.

5. Returns

  • Unframed prints: You may return these within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are in their original condition. Return postage is at your cost.

  • Framed prints: Made to order in your chosen size and finish; not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

  • Faulty or damaged items: Contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

6. Accuracy of Information
We are not responsible if information on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. The material on this site is provided for general information and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for making decisions.

7. Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
